My name is Delilah and I am around three years old and just a wee girl of 11 pounds. My family could no longer care for me, so Homeward Bound took me in. If you’re looking for a sassy, tiny, best friend, then I might be the perfect girl for you.  I might only weigh 11 pounds, but I have the personality of the biggest dog in the yard.  I will follow you around the house, offering my opinion and assistance on everything. I love to talk and I haven’t yet met a stranger. I became instant best buddies with my foster fur sisters and love playing tug-of-war and fetch with them. I am house trained and have never had an accident in my foster home.  I also know basic commands such as no, sit and stay. If you adopt me, I will steal your heart and your lap. If my toofers don’t completely steal your heart, I am sure my dangling pink tongue when I sleep will.

Act fast as I won’t be here long!

My name is Mochi and I am three years old and a proud, professional couch potato.  My favorite hobbies are napping, lounging and finding the coziest spot right next to you, (bonus points if there is a blanket involved).  I can be a bit shy when meeting new folks and will hide.  Once I warm up, I turn into the sweetest, most cuddly buddy you could ever ask for. If you’re looking for a calm, loving companion who is always down for a cozy day at home,

I’m your girl.

My name is Clover and Homeward Bound rescued me before I got hurt on the street.  I’m less than two years old and I love to play and snuggle when I am worn out.  I get along with all the fur kids at my foster home, but I don’t take any guff from anyone, if you know what I mean.  I am working on my house-training skills and am doing well if I am taken outside frequently. I like to run around the yard like the energizer bunny when outside and play catch me if you can.  I came into heat the first week here, but that has been taken care of. No puppies for me, as motherhood is not my jam. If you are looking for a petite girl that will be your new best friend, I might be the perfect choice for you!

My name is Birdie; I'm nine months old and a Bug (Boston/Pug.  My foster mom says I am the sweetest cuddle bug with a heart as soft as my snuggles. I’m happiest when curled up beside my favorite people, especially the ladies who instantly earn my loyalty. It takes me longer to warm up to the guys in my own cautious way. Although I love to lounge, when it’s time to run, I turn into a speedy streak of paws and determination, zipping around with pure joy. I am a true overachiever and have perfected my sit and will politely plant myself even when eating proving equal parts well-mannered and unique. Looking for the perfect sweet puppy? Look no further, you just found her!

My name is Marshmallow and I am only a year old. A breeder was shutting down, and Homeward Bound took me and several others in, including my mom. I have a playful energetic spirit and a heart full of love for humans, although I might be shy at first. I do great with other pugs and youngsters who are kind, which makes me a sweet and social companion. My favorite thing to do is snuggle! I’m still working on good house manners and crate training but will continue to make progress with patience and love. Could you be my forever home?

My name is Cindy Lou, and I am no more than two years old. I was in a scary shelter with a badly injured leg that just dangled, and I couldn’t walk on it. The shelter released me to Homeward Bound, and I was immediately taken to their vet. Unfortunately, my leg couldn't be saved, and I am now a beautiful tripod.  I feel so much better now and I get around great. I get on the sofa all by myself and love to cuddle.  I get along with the other pugs in my foster home but can be a bit bossy at times. I guess the other pugs don’t like it when I hump them. Obviously, they don’t understand that I am just trying to show them some puggy love.  I am hoping for my very own family soon that will love me forever and keep me safe.

My name is Rudy and I am three years old. I was living on the street with a lady and was given away. Homeward Bound was contacted, and I was picked up and taken to the vet.  I had a bad eye infection, and my eye had to be removed, so now I am a member of the one-eyed pug club. Although my sight is not very good in the other eye, I get around great and always can find my food bowl and jump up on the sofa by myself.  My foster mom says I am a very special boy. I love to cuddle, am crate trained and although I get along great with my foster fur siblings including the cat, I don't take any guff from them, even though I am smaller. I listen better than most pugs and my favorite place is snuggled on my human’s lap. I am a very smart boy and will make a perfect companion for some lucky family. What are you waiting for? Complete the application and ask for me.

My name is Louie, and my mom describes me as a quirky, lovable pug with a big personality and an even bigger love for being close to my person – ideally in your lap or with my chin resting on you. Yup, that’s me all right. I’m pretty darn smart too and am crate and potty trained and know lots of commands. I do great in public settings, and I do very well on a consistent routine with clear structure and companionship. I prefer the company of ladies, and I am still very wary of men, so I’m looking for a home where ladies rule! I get along great with cats and will do well with a female furry friend but would also be content as your one-and-only fur kid. I have a rather dominant personality and will do well in a home that can offer leadership, stability and understands the needs of a confident (ok sometimes bossy) puggy and can offer me consistency, affection and boundaries. I will mark at times, but it’s just me saying, “Hey, remember me? "If you are looking for a loyal, affectionate sidekick with a heart full of love I might be your perfect match!!

My name is Ben, and I came to Homeward Bound with my brother Koda. I am six years old, and I love to play, run around the house and yard and act silly. Speaking of yard, I love to be outside and run and run cuz I have lots of puggy energy. I get excited if I spot a squirrel. I am getting along great with my foster fur siblings and love the little humans in my foster home. I really need a furry companion or two as I don’t like to be left all by myself. My house manners are good most of the time, but I do wear a belly band just in case I forget. Oh yeah I have to eat by myself as I will argue over food. What can I say, I’m a pug! I am looking for a new forever home that is ready to adopt a fun loving, cuddly, super handsome guy.

My name is Bonnie, and I am nine years old. Our momma had something called dementia and could no longer take care of us. I came in with my best friend Mr. Wilson, and we hope we can stay together. I like to give lots oof kisses and snuggles and nap most of the day. I am crate trained but prefer to sleep in a bed close to my human. I still have lots of energy and will keep you entertained with my antics and happy smiles. As you can tell by my girlish figure, I am very fond of food and have been accused of stealing from my fur siblings. So now I eat alone. Busted! I get along great with dogs and cats. If you are looking for me and my friend Mr Wilson.

My name is Lucille, and I am a three-year-old Brindle French Bulldog. I found myself in a scary shelter after I had been hit by a car. I waited and waited for my family to come for me, but they never did. When Homeward Bound heard about me they sprung me from the shelter and took me to the dogtor. I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t even stand.  After x-rays we found out that I had a broken pelvis, and surgery couldn't fix it and it would have to heal on its own. After several days, I could stand and even walk some. Now I am doing good. My foster mom says I have a heart as big as my bat ears! I love to play, and snuggle with my humans, and zoom as best I can with my new pug friends. I am a joyful little girl who has good house manners, is crate trained and always ready for an adventure. Walks and car rides are two of my favorite things.  My perfect home would have a furry friend or two to play with. I like to be the only girl in the house, but boys are perfect unless they are a lot bigger than me because I don't get along with big dogs. Because of my injury, no young children please. If you are looking for a fun-loving companion who will fill your home with love and laughter, I may be the perfect girl for you.

My name is Nala, and I am eight years young. I came to rescue with my husband Simba and my daughter Kiara. Our daddy passed away and we were in the house with him for over a week before anyone knew. Our daddy’s sister came and took us away to a very scary shelter. She didn’t like us at all and was mad that she was stuck dealing with us. The shelter folks were nice and posted that we needed to get out of there. Homeward Bound found out and picked us all up. I miss my daddy, but my foster family is nice, and I like it here. I’ve even made new pug friends. I love to be by my human, and I sleep a lot. I wear girlie panties as I tend to mark but I am a very good girl. I hope someone is looking for a sweet senior like me so I can start my new life.

My name is Ozzie, and I am three years old. As you can see, I am now a member of the one-eyed pug club. I still think I am very handsome.  When I was a puppy, I got something called bloat so I must be careful and not drink water right after I eat.  Other than that, I am a pretty healthy guy.  I am calm, but love attention from my humans. I love toys and balls and although I get along with other dogs, I prefer the companionship of humans. Did I mention that I love attention?  I do get along better with female small dogs than males if there are other pets in my new home.  I am a good boy!!!

My name is Bella, and I am eight years old. My family took me to a very scary place called a shelter. I don’t why they did that, but another rescue called Homeward Bound to see if they would take me in and they said yes. Whew, that was a close call! I was in bad shape when I arrived at the rescue. I was skinny, very anemic, had a bad heart murmur and bad knees. My blood work is getting a lot better, and I take medicine for my heart. I get around okay for a gal with bad knees. I love to be with the other pugs in my foster home and follow Mama Gail around the house. I am a very easy keeper and am house trained and crate trained.  I hope another family has room in their heart for me and will never take me to a scary shelter and leave me again.

My name is Rocky and I’m around ten years old. My foster describes me as the sweetest old man ever and once I get the routine down, I remember. I love to tourthe back and put on my happy face while doing so. My favorite place is my foster dad’s lap where I frequently can be found snoozing the day away. I get along great with my foster fur siblings, but when it is time to eat I am first in line! I am crate trained and potty trained. However sometimes these old hips and legs don’t get me out the door on time but most of the time I make it out just fine. I don’t hear very good, but I respond to claps and sign language waves to come back inside. If you are looking for an easy keeper that will give you lots of love, please apply to be my forever home. I can’t wait to meet you.

My name is Elle Mae, and I am between six and eight years old. Age is just a number, and I can’t remember mine. I was wandering the streets of Norman, Oklahoma, and a very nice man rescued me from the street. He took me to the shelter but not before he contacted Homeward Bound. When no one came for me, Mama Gail had me picked up. My foster mom describes me as a sweetheart who absolutely loves her human. My favorite thing to do is play outside and chase squirrels. I get along great with my foster fur brothers and sisters but can get feisty around food. I really like nylabones and will chew on one all day. I am potty trained and very energetic. I am also an escape artist and perhaps that is why I wound up on the streets. One day I pulled a Houdini and got out of my crate! My foster family is still scratching their heads on that one. Haaa. If you are looking for a bundle of energy that will love you forever, I’m your girl!

My name is Herbie. I recently came in to rescue and turned 2 on November 14th. A nice family "rescued" me from a very bad situation. I wasn't treated nice at all and because of that, I have a few issues that I feel worth mentioning. It takes me a while to trust folks, so I may bark and bop you with my feet. I may even Grrrr at you or curl my lip in an Elvis impersonation cuz I am afraid at first. I sat in a corner for several hours when I first came to Homeward Bound. I just ask that folks wait till I calm down and come to you. I don't like to go on drives though as I'm worried about people putting their hand in the window and hurt my person. This nice family that took me in think I will be less overwhelmed with not so many pugs in the home. I have only been here a short time but last night, I gave mama Gail gentle kisses. I really wanted some treats haha. I am very food motivated and need to be put in my crate before breakfast and dinner. Don't get me wrong, I love to play when I'm relaxed. I would like a sibling or 2 especially if there are other pugs. If you have lots of patience and love to give and are willing to work with me on my quirky behavior please consider giving me a forever home.

My name is Ralphie, and I am around ten years old. I had a very rough time, before I was rescued by Homeward Bound. I came from a horrible place and was dumped on the side of the road. I was flea and tick infested, malnourished, anemic, and was starving. I’ve got a wonderful foster family who have worked very hard to get me healthy and looking good. I am a very sweet old man that loves everyone. I am a bit blind in one eye and sometimes I can get lost in the yard, but that doesn't stop me. I love to play outside with my foster fur friends. I also love chewing on bones and snuggling on the couch with my foster family. I am super soft and full of love and joy always. I am a very good boy, with a very happy tail. I also am kennel trained and house broken, and very handsome. If you are looking for a sweet senior with a heart of gold, then I am the one for you!

My name is Buster, and I am a six-year-old Puggle. I came to Homeward Bound when my Momma died, and my Daddy had to go into a home. No one in the family could take me, I guess. But here I am, and I like to be right where my human is all the time. I'm a big boy and can move a gate at times. I do take medications for seizures but haven't had any during the seven months have been in rescue. I am a happy guy and just want another family to call my own.

Please give me another chance at being a part of a family. I just want to be loved, and I promise to love you back!
