My name is Jet, and I am between four and five years old. I was in a scary shelter and my family never came for me. Homeward Bound picked me up and took me right to their vet. Unfortunately, I tested positive for nasty heartworms. I was treated and now am recuperating with my foster mom and my foster pug brother. I am a very good boy and love to play, so keeping me quiet is a bit of a challenge.  I get along great with dogs and not sure about cats.  I love to cuddle and take naps when I am done playing.  My perfect forever home would have at least another fur companion and provide me with lots of toys and nylabones! Oh yeah and treats too. If you are looking for a new buddy with lots of energy and love to share, I may be the perfect pug for you.

Our daddy passed away and we were in the house with him for over a week before anyone checked on us. Before I got to Homeward Bound, a family member dropped us off at a scary shelter. Thankfully Homeward Bound found out and came to pick up all of us up. I am a very sweet girl. I am a bit shy at first but will warm up to people and pets after a while. I/m great with cats, dogs and well-behaved kids. I mark things sometimes but have girlie panties to wear. I’m hoping some family will pick both Simba and me as we have been through a lot together
